KINESIOLOGY TREATMENT FOR BETTER POSTURE
The modern way of life burdens the spine on a daily basis and weakens it. Therefore, it makes sense to pay more attention to developing the fundamental pillars of body posture, which reduces the pressure on the intervertebral discs and at the same time prepares the muscles and the spine for dynamic challenges. The emphasis of the training is on balance and strengthening of the spinal musculature and on relieving or decompression of the intervertebral discs.

From basic movement patterns, we upgrade the training with more complex exercises, all with the aim of achieving good movement skills for a healthy, beautiful and functional body. The individual will be able to recognize their own dysfunctions and learn how to alleviate them, so that in the long run they will be able to take care of their own body's health.

In 2020, I was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease, spinal muscular atrophy type 3 (SMA), in which the muscles are affected. After the diagnosis, personal training was recommended to me, as I have to do exercises that are specific to my body.
So it was very important to me to find a coach who would be professional, supportive and ambitious, but at the same time very compassionate and pleasant. I found all this in Bojan. I receive genetic medicine 3 times a year, which helps me a lot, but without regular training I wouldn't be where I am. I am completely independent, which means the most to me.

REHABILITATION AFTER A COMPLETE ACHILLES TENDON RUPTURE
Mikele visited me after surgery for a complete rupture of the left Achilles tendon and completed physiotherapy. On arrival, his gait was still impaired, and he was experiencing pain in his left hip, lower back, and loss of sensation in his leg. With a focused functional approach and corrective exercises, we restored strength to the left leg and successfully eliminated major compensatory patterns. Today, Mikel is pain-free, able to carry out his daily activities and play football with the children.

Bojan Đorđeski, has been working in the field of personal treatment for many years. After a long sports career, he ventured into fitness waters. He realized that the way of training in sports clubs and the fitness industry is somewhat outdated and risky for injury. At the same time, it is based on "old" rules, when there was much less knowledge and information about the body as there is nowadays. After completing his studies in Applied Kinesiology, he focused on functional exercises that consider the biomechanics of human body movement. He deepened all this in the Functional Patterns courses, which are pioneers in body posture, corrective exercises, and functional training.
He acquired additional knowledge at the Manual Therapy Academy and various courses such as NCSF, NKT, Anatomy trains and various literature, all with the aim of finding out why human bodies are made the way they are and how best to take care of your skeletal muscle system for longevity and long-term health.
He first gained experience with clients in fitness centers, then as a manager in the One2one kinesiology studio. After that, he decided to go on his own path of body placement with the aim of giving back to people something that we had and lost with the modern way of life.
